ADHD coaching grounded in real life—not perfect routines.

Work collaboratively with a Scotland-based ADHD coach on the gap between knowing what matters and following through consistently.

What we might work on

Specific difficulties, examined properly.

ADHD coaching is not about blaming every difficulty on ADHD. It is about understanding the real pattern and finding a more workable response.

Starting and finishing

Explore why tasks stall, what creates momentum and how to reduce the friction around the first useful action.

Time and priorities

Make competing demands visible, decide what matters now and build plans that account for time blindness and changing energy.

Routines and recovery

Build routines that can bend, restart and survive an imperfect day instead of collapsing after one disruption.

Why work locally online?

Shared context, without limiting your options by distance.

Jordan is based in Scotland and coaches online. That can offer some useful shared context around education, work and healthcare language while still letting sessions fit around where you live.

Coaching remains a non-clinical service. It does not replace NHS care, private assessment, psychological therapy or medical treatment.

Prefer to meet in person?

Ask about limited in-person availability.

Most coaching is delivered online. Jordan is also exploring a small number of in-person sessions in Scotland where location, timing and the coaching goal make that practical.

Availability is limited and is confirmed individually. Please ask during your free fit call rather than assuming an in-person space is available.

Free 20-minute fit call

See whether the approach fits you.

Describe what is getting in the way, ask direct questions and hear which level of support—if any—seems sensible.
