Before purchasing

Do I need an ADHD diagnosis?

No. Coaching can focus on practical difficulties whether you are diagnosed, awaiting assessment or exploring ADHD-related patterns. Coaching cannot diagnose ADHD.

How do I pay?

Jordan normally sends a PayPal invoice after you have agreed the appropriate service. Payment timing is confirmed in your Service Schedule.

Can coaching replace therapy or medical care?

No. Coaching is non-clinical and does not provide diagnosis, therapy, medication advice or crisis support.
